Workshop 1 – Leading with Intent
September 28, 2019, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (lunch incl.)
This workshop will cover: Thinking about your mission – Provide an overview of Board Roles & Responsibilities – Learning about practical tools and approaches to governance work – Examining how to build and sustain a positive and productive Board team – Connecting with colleagues & explore opportunities for collaboration.
Workshop 1 – $60 each (lunch and breaks included)
